  • WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN?

    Our official check in time is between 2pm & 8pm. However, we are more than happy for guests to check in earlier if the room is ready.

  • CAN I CHECK-IN ONLINE?

    Yes. We would like all guests to Check-In online to save time at reception so that you can enjoy more of beautiful Llandudno. CLICK HERE TO BOOK IN 

  • WHAT TIME IS CHECK-OUT?

    Check-Out is between the hours of 7.30 -10.30am. We kindly ask guests to vacate their rooms by 10:30am at the latest. We are unable to offer a late check out, but we will happily store any bags/suitcases if you would like to spend the day in Llandudno.

  • CAN I CHECK-OUT ONLINE?

    Yes, however you must return your key to the Check-Out Box located at Reception. As a guest at our hotel we reserve the right to charge a fee should the room be damaged in anyway shape or form You can read about these in our Terms & Conditions. CLICK HERE TO CHECK-OUT 

  • DO YOU HAVE A LIFT?

    Unfortunately, we do not have a lift. Hotel No5 is a beautiful Victorian building and one of the finest features is its high ceilings. There are sets of stairs and this may not be suitable for guests with severe mobility issues. Bedroom No1 -11 steps.Bedrooms No 2,3,4- 19 steps. Bedroom No 5 28 steps. Bedrooms No 6,7,8 38 steps. Where possible our team will assist with luggage upon request.

  • CANCELLATION POLICY?

    Our cancellation policies vary depending on how you made your reservation. Please review your booking confirmation for clarity.


    If you made your reservation with an agent (i.e. ‘BOOKING.COM), cancellations must be processed direct with them and can not be cancelled via the hotel. Hotel No5 advises taking out travel insurance at all times when booking for your peace of mind.

  • IS BREAKFAST INCLUDED?

    Breakfast is included as standard when you book direct through our website or by phone. Please refer to your agreed booking confirmation when booking through Booking.com Expedia etc.

    Breakfast can be arranged if not included in your booking by contacting reception or through the Guest Hub at a surcharge, breakfast must be booked by 20.00hrs on the previous day to ensure availability. We may allocate time slots through busy trading periods.

  • DO YOU ALLOW CHILDREN

    Yes we allow children over the age of 8 years old. However, we do not have facilities for cots or extra beds in ANY of our rooms. Please refer to the Child T&C's in our hotel policy.

  • FOOD SERVICE?

    At the moment we serve Breakfast, Afternoon Tea and Snacks.

  • DO YOU HAVE A BAR?

    No unfortunately we do not have a dedicated bar however we do serve alcohol. Full alcohol menu can be viewed here 

  • DO YOU HAVE FREE WI-FI?

    Yes we have ultrafast Plus broadband which is backed up by 4G if for any reason technology fails to run smoothly. WIFI its available for all our guests throughout the Hotel areas and in all bedrooms. Guest Wifi password will be allocated when checking in.

  • DO I HAVE TO PAY A DEPOSIT?

    A deposit may be taken at the time you make your reservation and is used to secure your room. The amount of the deposit taken will vary depending on where you have made your reservation and you should check your confirmation for certainty.


    Any deposit paid is ‘Non-Refundable’ in the event of cancellation.

  • TRAVEL INSURANCE?

    We believe that you should book any holiday with travel insurance. If you have an emergency and need to cancel your trip, travel insurance may help reduce any losses.

  • CAR PARKING

    We provide free parking at the REAR of the Hotel for guests only we have 7 spaces allocated and allow one per room. We do not have car park reservations we operate on a first come first served basis. We don’t usually have any issues as we also have free parking on the front Craig Y Don Parade with no restrictions.   • ARE YOU DOG FRIENDLY?

    Sorry, No. 


    We do not accept dogs to stay with guests at our hotel.

  • WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN?

    The official check in time is between 2pm & 8pm. However, we are more than happy for guests to check in earlier if the room is ready. If you would like to arrive early and park in the car park, please come in and register your car before leaving.

  • CAN I CHECK-IN ONLINE?

    Yes. We would like all guests to Check-In online to save time at reception so that you can enjoy more of beautiful Llandudno. CLICK HERE TO BOOK IN 

  • WHAT TIME IS CHECK-OUT?

    We kindly ask guests to vacate their rooms by 10:30am at the latest. We are unable to offer a late check out, but we will happily store any bags/suitcases if you would like to spend the day in Llandudno.
